Frida

Acrylic on cotton canvas mounted with old book paper.

Following King Basquiat, LWB unveils the second masterpiece in his Great Masters series: Frida Kahlo.
More than a simple homage to one of the major figures in art history, the artist chooses here to highlight the very essence of a free woman. Beyond the pictorial myth, the full force of her fierce independence shines through in this work. An existence transformed into an act of resistance, where each brushstroke celebrates emancipation, resilience, and the absolute refusal to bow to conventions.
A vibrant exploration of creative power unburdened by all constraints.
